Adopt-An Agave

Kelsey Wogan, SR Plant Resources Center Environmental Laboratory Manager, talks to a group of conservation professionals at Sul Ross.

Bat Conservation International in collaboration with the El Paso Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Sul Ross State University and a wide range of conservation partners has launched an Adopt-An-Agave program to create a climate-resilient nectar corridor that will support the bats during their time in Texas and along their migratory route now and into the future. The group recently met at Sul Ross for a planning workshop.
